Prescott C. Miller, Managing Director

Prescott is the founder and managing member of Round Hill Capital LLC (RHC).  He launched RHC to continue his passion for working with entrepreneurs and investors to build great companies.  He has served on the Board or in a strategic role in RHC’s investments including; SpotOn Surgical, Manduka, and Eyewitness Surveillance.  Prior to starting RHC, Prescott worked with Checkfree Corp in multiple leadership roles before Fiserv Corp acquired it in late 2007.  While earning his MBA, he worked for Boston based venture capital firm GrandBanks Capital identifying fin-tech investments.  Prior to graduate school, Prescott was a founding team member for StreetEvents.com, an innovative web-based information platform for Wall Street firms.

Prescott is a graduate of the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and the University of South Carolina.  He serves on the Board of Eaglebrook School and The Atlanta Families’ Awards for Excellence in Education.
